UK delivery, cancellation and refund information
This page explains how Vitesper handles delivery, tracking, cancellations, returns and refunds for online orders.

Delivery areas and carriers
Vitesper primarily supports UK delivery. Depending on the size, value and fragility of the piece, orders may be sent with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, FedEx or another suitable service.
For oversized sculptures, fragile work, installation-sensitive pieces or international delivery, contact us before ordering so the delivery method and cost can be confirmed.
Delivery timing
We aim to prepare orders carefully and dispatch as soon as reasonably possible after payment is confirmed. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance.
Tracking details will be emailed when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service in writing.
Delivery costs
Product prices are shown in GBP. Any delivery charge that applies will be shown or agreed with you before dispatch and before any separate delivery charge is taken.
If a product needs special packaging, courier handling, insurance or installation support, we will explain the options before sending it.
Receiving artwork safely
- Check the parcel before signing where possible.
- Keep all packaging until you are happy the item is correct and undamaged.
- If an item appears damaged, photograph the outer packaging, inner packaging and item.
- Email [email protected] promptly with your order number.
Your right to cancel
For most online orders, UK consumers can cancel up to 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. You do not need to give a reason.
After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item. Email [email protected] to start a cancellation or return.
Cancellation rights may not apply to personalised, bespoke or custom-made items unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
How to return an item
Do not send an item back before contacting us. Artwork, sculpture and jewellery may need specific packaging, insurance or courier handling.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is with you. Returned items should be unused, safely packed and sent with a suitable tracked and insured service unless we agree otherwise.
Refunds
Where cancellation rights apply, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We refund the product price and standard delivery cost where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery, only the standard delivery cost has to be refunded.
We may reduce a refund if the item has been handled beyond what is reasonable to inspect it, or if it is returned damaged because it was not packed with reasonable care.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. UK consumer law gives you rights to remedies such as refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
